Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
A. Work covered by this contract includes but may not be limited to site-work; construction; re-construction; alterations; remodeling or repair of the public works Project described in this paragraph 1.03 including the following major work. 1. Construction of Concrete Foundation to support Cocoanut Grove Memorial 2. Construction of Concrete Foundation to support interpretive signage for Cocoanut Grove Memorial 3. Sitework to construct paved pathway surrounding Memorial 4. Sitework to tie new granite curbs into existing granite curbs 5. Construction of Electrical work for (8) light fixtures uplighting Memorial 6. Relocation of irrigation lines conflicting with new Concrete Foundation 7. Landscape site work to replace landscape elements surrounding benches to north of the Memorial Improvements to Statler Park - Cocoanut Grove Memorial There will be no informational pre-bid conference for this project.
