A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Bids will be accepted under seal to the Office of the Superintendent for renovations to Ishpeming High School, which is located at 319 E. Division St., Ishpeming, Michigan. Project Description: o Replace existing decorative faux columns with new concrete columns at various building entrance __cpLocations. o Paint existing canopies at various building entrance __cpLocations. o Replace various squares of concrete around the building exterior. o Remove ADA ramp from west side of school and replace a with new concrete stair, metal handrails, guardrails, and concrete landing. Provide new brick veneer. o Replace existing brick veneer at two entrances to main gymnasium. o Replace existing columns w/ concrete cap at two entrances to main gymnasium with new square brick veneer columns. o Provide new limestone parapet cap block at gym entrance canopy. o Provide new waterproofing on foundation wall at __cpLocation of existing indoor pool. Repair broken pieces of glass window block. Slope grade away from building & provide new sod. o Replace existing concrete stairs, foundation and landing at auxiliary gym entrance with new concrete stairs, foundation & landing. Replace existing metal handrails. Sandblast existing concrete half walls. o Remove miscellaneous debris in damaged stair and repair face with concrete epoxy patch kit. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 30 days after submission. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
