Renovation of a municipal facility in Ishpeming, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Marquete County Land Bank Authority (MCLBA) is hereby soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to complete building stabilization activities of the Anderson Building located at 100 Pearl Street in Ishpeming, Michigan. The MCLBA is funding this project through the use of a Blight elimination Grant from the Michigan State Land Bank Authority; the project will be conducted incompliance with grant requirements, including reporting requirements. Antonio Adan, Executive Director of the MCLBA, is the primary point of contact for the project. Stabilization includes removal and reconstruction of the building's east wall and related structural work, replacement of entrance doors, storefronts, and windows.
