The work includes repair and/or replacement of mechanical, plumbing (including under-slab), electrical, and fire notification and detection systems. It also involves demolition of load-bearing and non-load-bearing walls, concrete flooring, and ceilings, followed by construction of structural lintels, non-load-bearing walls, doors, frames, interior glazing "lites," ceilings, lighting, power, and all related finishes. The contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform the work in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. This acquisition requires a general contractor with experience and expertise in managing multiple contracts simultaneously, including construction scheduling, cost estimating, quality control, and coordination of subcontractors across various construction trades. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days The Magnitude of Construction is Provided Iaw Far 36.204 (F) $1,000,000 to $5,000,000.
