Renovation of a military facility in Ft Leavnwrth, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
Provide all supervision, management, personnel, labor, equipment, transportation, supplies, and other resources necessary to complete the B52 Window Replacement project. Work consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials required to replace 186 windows along the north elevation of Building 52 at a historic facility. The project also includes repairing six non-standard lunette/multi-lite windows and replacing or repairing in kind 15 mechanical openings with MAPES panels or louvers. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the drawings and specifications, and must conform to the Secretary of the Interior's Standards and Guidelines for the Rehabilitation of Historic Properties. Location: Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. The Magnitude of Construction is $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The contractor shall begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete it within 365 calendar days.
