The proposed work includes: bridge replacement, roadway approaches, guardrail, and related items. BRO-R064(24) Big Branch Bridge on CR 281 over Big Branch: Demolition, grading, 1-span (75') Prestressed Concrete I- Girder bridge, slope protection, aggregate surface roadway, guard rail, and incidental work. BRO-R064(25) Graupman Bridge on CR 230 over Big Branch: Demolition, grading, 1-span (69') Prestressed Concrete I-Girder bridge, slope protection, aggregate surface roadway, guard rail, and incidental work. The Proposal shall be accompanied by a certified or cashier's check drawn on a solvent Missouri bank or trust company made payable to the Marion County Commission or a Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of Missouri and appearing on the U.S. Treasury Department's most current list (Circular 570, as amended), in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid. The Bid Bond may be retained by the Marion County Commission, as a guaranty that if the Proposal is accepted, the bidder will execute the Contract and file an acceptable Performance Bond and Payment Bond within fifteen (15) days after the award of the Contract.
