Reference Number 0000390101 Bid Intent Not Available The purpose of this Request For Proposal (RFP) and accompanying specifications is to provide instructions and assistance in submitting a Proposal response to provide all labor and materials for conference room audio visual upgrades at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport Terminal Conference rooms to be completed by October 31, 2025. The objective is to have a fully executed Routt County construction contract by July 29, 2025. The project site is at the Yampa Valley Regional Airport, located 30 minutes west of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. The project includes two conference rooms, 206 and 208, that can be combined into one large, approximately 2,000 square-foot space (Project). The project will consist of procurement, integration, installation, programming, and commissioning of the audio and video systems per Attachment A - Technical Specifications. Routt County Board of County Commissioners (BCC) reserves the right to reject any or all proposal responses and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in Proposal responses received, and to accept any portion of the Proposal response whichever is deemed to be in the best interest of Routt County.
