The City of Lauderdale Lakes is seeking a qualified Contractor to construct work for Canal #5 repair, restoration and stabilization of canal bank erosion per the Specifications in the 25-6310-11B, as described in the Scope of Services. Deadline for Questions City of Lauderdale Lakes, FL June 25, 2025 4:00pm Project No. 06-21-6380, 25-6310-11B The Scope of Work for this project includes the Canal #5 repair, restoration and stabilization of canal bank erosion per the ITB 25-6310-11B. Approved Plans and Specifications are included. There is an immediate need to repair/restore canal bank and erosion control to protect the canal from pollutants that are harmful to water quality and flood control throughout the canal network. A variety of means and methods will be employed to restore canal banks that are in critical condition. The project scope will include canal bank repair, stabilization, restoration and erosion control in accordance with the final design(s) and required permits. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment for construction activities of the project. Contractor is responsible for any permits required for project. Bidder should attend the site visit to become familiar with the existing conditions. Change orders will NOT be approved due to existing conditions that were not considered by Bidder.
