Scope of Work: (Contractor must obtain and submit all permits prior to performing any work). Work includes all materials, stainless steel metal exhaust ducts, special order one motorized damper, per testing section (total of 2 dampers), professional rigging, incidentals, and all Labor costs associated with it. Approximate estimate to include all labor and materials, and new stainless steel metal round exhaust ducts Present existing System: Testing the sampler hoods station. Stainless steel and welded joint fabrication are to be installed. Scope of Work: Remove existing stainless-steel exhaust ducts as necessary to prepare for measurements of the new replacement ducts. Measure existing round ducts, including one motorized damper in the measurements, and fabricate new exhaust ducts to match the dimensions of stainless-steel round metal ducts. All new exhaust ductwork will be stainless steel with welded joints, including necessary transitions and takeoffs. All fasteners, unit-struts, clamps, bolts, nuts, washers, hardware, etc., must be stainless steel. Please, NO SUBSTITUTIONS. HVAC Contractor must provide Lockout/Tagout certification. (If necessary) HVAC Contractor will provide Electrical reconnections as per the Code to operate the new motorized damper. The work area and facility must always remain clean and dust-free. All work will be scheduled and coordinated with the WASD HVAC Supervisor. All work will be inspected and approved by the WASD HVAC Supervisor. Electrical connections will be approved by the Plants electrical staff. (If necessary) Time/Work to be performed: All working hours will be coordinated with HVAC staff and performed during regular, after-hours, or weekend hours.
