Courtroom Remodel: Remove & replace acoustic ceiling, flooring, walls, doors, knee walls, and trimming. Relocate Judges desk & witness stand. Modify jury box seating. Sheet rock, paint all new & existing walls, stain new wood trim. Move electrical outlets & communication cabling as needed. 2. Courtroom Lobby Remodel: Raise existing iron railing around stairway to meet current building code. Sheet rock, paint all new & existing walls, stain new wood trim. Install bullet resistant sheathing, doors, windows, trim, and stair spindle railing. 3. Jury Restroom remodel: Remove and replace bathroom fixtures & doors. Remove and replace flooring. Remove partition wall between restrooms. Frame, sheetrock, tape, texture & paint front wall. The Board of Butte County Commissioners reserves the right to accept or reject any or all BIDS: To waive any informalities in the BID received and to accept the BID that is to the advantage of, and in the best interest of Butte County. Each BID must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or a Draft of 5% of the amount of BID, payable to Butte County. In lieu, thereof, a Bid Bond of 10% of the amount of the BID, issued by a Surety Company, authorized to do business in the State of South Dakota, as a guaranty that such Bidder will enter into Contract in accordance with the terms of the BID, and successful Bidder shall be requested to furnish a Performance Bond, of one hundred percent (100%) of the amount Bid.
