Sewer service will include an insulated residential lift station and an insulated connection to the low pressure sewer system. The water service will include an insulated 4" arctic pipe service line with 1" water circulating supply and return lines and water service line heat trace. The Contractor shall provide water circulation pump and heat trace switches in the home and all electrical upgrades to complete the water and sewer connection to the home. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, services, testing, and incidentals to complete all Work required by these Specifications and as shown on the Drawings and shall have experience with residential water and sewer connections. Estimated Cost Range: Owner anticipates that the Work's total bid price will be approximately $110,000 - $124,000. Anticipated Schedule: The Project has an expected substantial completion date of 1 September 2025 and final completion date of 1 December 2025. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Solicitation Documents to Contracting Officer in writing through the online portal.
