As of August 12, 2025, project was awarded to Square Signs LLC dba Front Signs but awarded amount is not available. The WCA is seeking a qualified entity to provide interpretive panels and wayfinding signage fabrication and installation for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens located at 12936 Valley Boulevard in the City of La Puente. any and all technical questions should be directed to Salian Garcia, Staff Services Manager II, via email sgarcia@rmc.ca.gov, no later than June 18, 2025 at 5:00pm. Other questions related to the agency and project may be directed to Mark Stanley, Executive Officer, at mstanley@wca.ca.gov. The estimated contract amount is $90,000 - $150,000 The WCA is currently developing construction documents for the San Gabriel River Center and Gardens, located at the San Gabriel River Park at 12936 Valley Boulevard, La Puente, CA 91746. In coordination with its project sign designer, Found Design, the prototype design and materials have been developed (see Exhibit A - Design Development 50% June 21, 2024 and Exhibit B - Prototype Design). The WCA is seeking an individual or firm (entity) to provide fabrication and installation of thirty-seven to forty (37-40) interpretive panels and wayfinding signage to be installed in predetermined locations of the site (Project). The estimated contract amount is $90,000 - $150,000 and the estimated contract term is six (6) months, with installation expected to occur before or in November 2025. The scope of services and total fee for any individual task orders will be negotiated utilizing the rates specified in the Proposal. Expenses such as mileage and printing may be eligible for reimbursement so long as detailed supporting documentation are submitted with invoices. The WCA does not guarantee that any work will be made under the agreement(s) during the contract period to the selected entity. The lowest responsive Proposer is expected to be selected and the contract awarded by the end of June 2025 with a start date no earlier than July 7, 2025. The executed Agreement may be formally amended to accommodate schedule conflicts or any unexpected costs associated with the services, by mutual consent of the WCA and the Contractor. A variation of the terms (i.e., change in project representative, change in budget) requires mutual consent from the WCA and Contractor. If and when an amendment is necessary, the bidder hereby agrees to provide services for the extended period at the rates specified in the original Agreement. No verbal understanding, agreement, or amendment not incorporated into the Agreement is binding on either party.
