This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by City of Kingston (the "City") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Supply and Placement of Hot Mix Asphalt , as further described in Part 2 RFQ Particulars (the "Deliverables). The Public Works Department is soliciting qualified vendors to provide asphalt paving services in various locations throughout Kingston.
