The successful bidder will be required to enter into a general contract with the Midland County Hospital District. Payment and Performance Bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price may be required by Owner upon contract execution. All bids must be price protected until 12/4/2025 with an expected project start of 9/1/2025. All bids will remain confidential until after an award has been made. Vendors will then be allowed to review the bids in the purchasing office according to the policy/procedure of Midland Memorial Hospital.
