Operations and Maintenance Building Phase 2B - Contract 01 - General Work (GC) This project will proceed under multiple prime contracts, consisting of: Contract 01 - General Work (GC) All Requests for Information (RFI) must be received no later than 12:00 noon on Wednesday, July 16, 2025. Any RFI received after this time will receive no response. The aforementioned prime contracts constitute the entirety of the project and include all Work described in the Contract Documents. The work of this project generally includes, but is not limited to, General Construction, Mechanical, and Electrical to renovate offices. The Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work not later than November 7, 2025. A Bidder, making the deposit required for the Bidding Documents, submitting a Proposal accompanied by a certified check or other security in accordance with the requirements contained in the plans and specifications and public advertisement for bids and if the copy of the plans and specifications used by such Bidder, other than the successful Bidder is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days to Syracuse Blueprint Company (address above) award of the contract covered by such plans and specifications, or rejection of the Bid, the full amount of such deposit for one copy of the plans and specifications shall be returned to such Bidder, including the successful Bidder. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of theBid must accompany the bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, A non-collusive bidding certificate shall be included on each bid. An Iran Divestment Act Certification shall be included on each bid. A Sexual Harassment Certification shall be included on each bid. A Labor Law Section 220-i Certification shall be included on each bid. This is a prevailing wage rate job. A Bidder, making the deposit required for the Bidding Documents, submitting a Proposal accompanied by a certified check or other security in accordance with the requirements contained in the plans and specifications and public advertisement for bids and if the copy of the plans and specifications used by such Bidder, other than the successful Bidder is returned in good condition within thirty (30) days to Syracuse Blueprint Company (address above) award of the contract covered by such plans and specifications, or rejection of the Bid, the full amount of such deposit for one copy of the plans and specifications shall be returned to such Bidder, including the successful Bidder. Partial reimbursement, in an amount equal to the full amount of such deposit for one set of plans and specifications per unsuccessful bidder or non-bidder less the actual cost of reproduction of the plans and specifications, shall be made for the return of all other copies of the plans and specifications in good condition within thirty (30) days following the award of the contract or the rejection of the bids covered by such plans and specifications.
