Description

Renovation of a stadium in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a stadium.

All work on this Contract is to have a substantial completion by 11/1/2026. It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy. The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids As per Adda 3 , Final Day for Questions July 3rd 2025 At 11:00 AM.
