Please note attached documentation regarding bid procedures and asbestos report. A Bid Bond of 5% of the Bid Amount is Required. The Successful Bidder Must Provide Proof of Insurance for the Statutory Requirements for Workmen's Compensation (Including Owner's Coverage) and General Liability Insurance by Providing a Certificate of Insurance With Coverage of at Least $1,000,000 Per Occurrence Showing the City of Bossier City as an Added Insured.
