Questions concerning this bid package will be answered by written addendum to all potential bidders at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the bid opening. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - License Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % A bid bond of 5% of the bid amount is required. The successful bidder will be notified and must provide proof of insurance for the statutory requirements for workmen's compensation (including owner's coverage) and general liability insurance by providing a certificate of insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence showing the City of Bossier City as an added insured. In addition, a performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the bid amount is required. Contract documents will be emailed and mailed to the successful bidder at the address shown on the Bid Form. Signed documents along with the required insurance COI and performance/payment bond shall be returned within 10 working days to the Purchasing Department or the contract may be awarded to the next lowest bidder.
