Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 10 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids shall be submitted on the official Bid Form furnished with the bid package and those submitted otherwise will not be considered or accepted. Although any addenda issued will be transmitted to all prime bidders who request bid documents, it shall be the Bidder's responsibility to make inquiry as to any Addenda issued in accordance with LA 38:2212.
