Reference Number 0000408668 Bid Intent Not Available This project consists of the conversion of existing E85 and CNG fueling stations at two sites (2580 East Texas Street and 4520 Barksdale Boulevard) to unleaded and diesel systems, and the removal of three underground storage tanks (USTs) at the Municipal Complex, 620 Benton Road, Bossier City, Louisiana. Question Deadline 01/26/2026 at 5:00 PM CT Questions are submitted online No Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements Award Requirements - All or None Award Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid security, which may be a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond, for an amount not less than 5% of the amount of the bid, made payable to the City of Bossier City, Louisiana. An acceptable performance/payment bond equal to 100% of the contract price along with a maintenance bond equal to 10% of the contract price will be required of the successful bidder. The successful bidder will agree to commence work under this contract on or before a date to be specified in the Notice to Proceed and fully complete the project within Three Hundred (300) Calendar days. The City of Bossier City reserves the right to reject any/or all bids in accordance with R.S. 38:2214.
