Middleton 3003 Knight Street, Suite 120, Shreveport, LA 71105 318-425-7452 mmiddleton@afjmc.com Question Deadline 01/06/2026 Bidders and Sub-bidders requiring clarification or interpretation of the Bidding Documents shall make a written request to reach the Architect at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date for receipt of Bids, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and any other legal holidays Bids Shall Only Be Accepted From Contractors Who Are Licensed Under Louisiana Contractors Licensing Law for the Major Classification of Mechanical All Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond written in conformance with state law. Written evidence of the authority of the person signing the Bid Form should be included with the Bid Form. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bonds on the forms provided by the School Board and written in accordance with state law.
