Grantsville City (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Veterans Park - Concrete The Project includes the following Work: Construction and installation of concrete walkways, pads, and other hardscape elements as outlined in the site plan for Veterans Park. The contractor shall furnish and install cast-in-place concrete and complete all subgrade preparation and associated work to deliver a durable, high-quality finish suitable for public use per plans and specifications. Questions Due Date: Jun 20th 2025, 5:00 PM MDT Online Portal Pavers do not need to be provided Granite is not included Grub and grading is part of the project. The City will remove the pavilion. Concrete and sidewalk leading to it will need to be removed and disposed of by the Concrete contractor Removal and disposal of trees in way of construction called out (Provide Separate Cost) Contractor will be responsible for dump fees Wrought iron fence is part of a later phase and will not be required Subsurface footings and flatwork (paver pad) and surface concrete flatwork is required We will hydroseed at a later date no topsoil is needed Anticipated award date July 16th with construction starting the last week in July Concrete contractor will work with electrical contractor to coordinate any conduit in concrete. (Electrical work is currently out for bid) Landscaping will be done at a later date. The City will check to see if Geotech report is done Will need to provide and install conduit for landscaping per design. Additional questions can be submitted online through bonfire.
