Reference Number 0000390170 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date:01/16/2026 The City of Cherry Hills Village is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals for a Feasibility Study and Cost Estimate for the adaptive reuse or reconstruction of the Quincy Farm Eastside Farmhouse (the "Project"). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit responses from qualified professionals with expertise in feasibility studies and cost estimating on similar buildings. Questions are submitted online No, Questions concerning the information in this RFP shall be submitted electronically to Emily Black, Parks Project & Operations Manager at eblack@cherryhillsvillage.com The City will not accept any questions after this time and date. A complete list of all questions asked complete with the City's answer will be issued as an addendum on the online by 5:00 p.m. MT on July 25, 2025. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive any information or irregularities in said proposals, and to delete or add items after an initial firm is chosen. The Request for Proposals does not bind the City to accept a proposal when, in the City's sole discretion, the City determines not to do so.
