The work is outlined and detailed comprehensively within the Construction Drawings and Contract Documents to fully complete the restoration of the Quincy Farm Pond. The contractor shall provide all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, supervision, management, and transportation to perform "all-inclusive" construction of the Quincy Farm Pond Restoration Project, including any ancillary and incidental costs. By submitting a bid, the Contractor acknowledges that the total bid amount is inclusive of all costs required to complete the entire Project Scope. The Project site has limited and difficult access utilizing the High Line Canal Trail. Because of the high volume of trail users, the selected contractor will be required to coordinate closely with City staff on a safe and manageable traffic control plan that accommodates pedestrian and bicycle use daily. During limited times when hauling large quantities of materials on or off site, a temporary detour may be possible for pedestrian traffic.
