The boiler is located on the first floor on the Southeast corner of the Terminal Building located at 11755 Airport Way, Broomfield, Colorado 80021. The boiler needs to be completed before October 1, 2025, as it is the only source for heating in the building. If the project cannot be completed before October 15, 2025, we will have to schedule the project to start June 1, 2026. Work includes existing boiler and accessory removal, piping modifications, new boiler placement, and new piping erection. Additionally, it includes new pump installation, new pump connection, new hydronic accessories and new boiler control systems installation. New electrical connections accommodate mechanical equipment installations.
