All work shall be performed in a manner consistent with the Stoneybrook Drive Retaining Wall Replacement, project Specifications, Broomfield Standards and Specifications, and all other applicable provisions associated with this project, together with all incidentals and miscellaneous items necessary to do the Work. The removal of cattails at the Stoneybrook Retaining Wall will restore open water, improve habitat diversity, and maintain proper pond functionality for stormwater management. Limits of cattail removal are shown on the Project Plans sheet Alt 1. The Scope of Work also includes but is not limited to the following: 1. New redi-block retaining wall: A no-fee Building Permit is required. 2. Grading and Drainage: A no-fee Grading Permit is required. 3. Soil Excavation 4.
