Formal Award of Construction Contract is anticipated to be made within a few days after the Bid due date. All work is more particularly described in Contract Documents that are on file and available during regular business hours after June 17, 2025. This Notice includes two projects, each with its own Bid Form. Project B includes a new Cold Storage Building at St. Patricks Park, located at 50651 Laurel Road, South Bend, IN. Bidders may choose their method of shipment via UPS, Federal Express, or Courier Service and must include their UPS or Federal Express Shipper Account Number. The Bidder will be billed directly for the direct cost for printing and shipping. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Forms provided and accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, Form 96 of the State Board of Accounts, financial statement, bid bond or certified check, each for a value of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives bids items and other items as noted. The guarantee shall be made out to: St. Joseph County Parks. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts.
