Project A includes Replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof system for the Otahnagon Restroom, Hardwoods Restroom, Deneve Shelter, and Hardwoods Shelter at the Bendix Woods Park located at 56960 Timothy Road, New Carlisle, Indiana 46552. Replacement of the existing asphalt shingle roof system for the Maintenance Building at the Ferrettie/Baugo Creek Park located at 57057 Ash Rd, Osceola, IN 46561. Replacements of the existing asphalt shingle roof system for the Amphitheater, Manion Cabin, Colten Shelter, and the Berta Shelter at St. Patrick's Park, located at 50651 Laurel Road, South Bend, IN. Project B includes Construction of a new Cold Storage Building at St. Patrick's Park, located at 50651 Laurel Road, South Bend, IN. All work is more particularly described in Contract Documents that are on file and available during regular business hours after June 17, 2025. This Notice includes two projects, each with its own Bid Form. Project A includes re-roofing projects at Ferrettie/Baugo Creek Park located at 57057 Ash Rd, Osceola, IN 46561; Bendix Woods Park located at 56960 Timothy Road, New Carlisle, Indiana 46552; and St. Patrick's Park, located at 50651 Laurel Road, South Bend, IN. Project B includes a new Cold Storage Building at St. Patrick's Park, located at 50651 Laurel Road, South Bend, IN. Bids shall be properly and completely executed on the Bid Forms provided and accompanied by a noncollusion affidavit, Form 96 of the State Board of Accounts, financial statement, bid bond or certified check, each for a value of not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bidder's total bid amount, including all alternatives bids items and other items as noted. The guarantee shall be made out to: St. Joseph County Parks. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Contract Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of their contract amount prior to execution of contracts. Bonds shall be maintained in accordance with IC 36-1-12-13.1 and 36-1-12-14. Bonds shall be in full force and effect for a period of at least 12 months after the date of Final Completion of the Contract. St. Joseph County Parks Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, waive all informalities or irregularities in bidding and to resolicit quotations.
