Dorchester School District Two is seeking contractor to convert, finish, and set-up/deliver, two (2) 40' shipping containers into turnkey press box and locker rooms for Fort Dorchester High School (FDHS) Softball and four (4) 20' shipping containers into turnkey press box, concession stand, restrooms, and concession/equipment storage for Summerville High School (SHS) Softball. Question Deadline 06/24/2025 at 4:00 PM ET All questions must be submitted to April Courtney, via email, at apcourtney@dorchester2.k12.sc.us Scope- Dorchester School District Two is seeking a contractor to convert two (2) 40' shipping containers into turnkey locker rooms and press box for Fort Dorchester HS Softball and four (4) 20' shipping containers into turnkey press box, concession stand, restrooms, and storage for Summerville HS Softball. 3.1 GENERAL A. The District will be responsible for the following: 1) Remove exterior fencing at FDHS and reinstall after the project is completed 2) Site preparation grading and grubbing 3) Concrete pad at FDHS and SHS 4) Termite treatment prior to concrete poured 5) Hook electrical up from structure to electrical connections. 6) Hook plumbing up from structure to water and sewer lines if needed 7) Door hardware for exterior doors 8) Dispensers to include paper towels/toilet paper/soap 9) Locate existing utilities 10) Relocate the utilities as needed B.
