HHSC PCS is seeking competitive bids to establish contract(s) for as-needed glass and door repair and replacement services at El Paso State Supported Living Center. The required services to be provided are as-needed glass and window maintenance, repair, and replacement services at EPSSLC. Services shall include but not be limited to maintenance, inspection, repair, replacement and testing of building and door windows. All services shall be performed in accordance with manufacturer's specifications and all applicable local and state codes. Window material may include: 1. Flat glass 2. Plexiglass 3. Spandrel glass 4. Laminated glass 5. Polycarbonate 6. Security glass 7. Wire mesh glass 8.
