The services requestedherein and to be provided under any contract(s) awarded as a result of this RFPare for the Magoffin Home Adobe Stabilization at the Magoffin Home StateHistoric Site, 1120 Magoffin Avenue, El Paso, Texas 79901. The Texas HistoricalCommission is looking for a general contractor firm that has documentedexperience with projects of the type, scale, and scope described in this RFP.The contractor must meet minimum qualifications and have a minimum of 8 yearsof experience in construction similar to the type of work required by theseContract Documents (as judged by THC) to be eligible for contract award.
