Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
City of Ottawa, Infrastructure and Water Services Department, Design and Construction Facilities Branch, requires a contractor to perform the building envelope repairs at the Glebe Community Centre, in accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings attached/referenced herein. "the work". The proposed period of the contract will be from the date of award to 19 December 2025 A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. The City may accept any Bid, whether it is the lowest or not, or may reject any or all Bids.
