The City of Little Rock is seeking to procure products and/or services for the Housing & Neighborhood Programs Department. This solicitation is being issued for the following products and/or services: Residential Demolition-1105 W. 33rd St., Little Rock, AR 72206 Residential Demolition - emergency removal of deteriorated/dilapidated structures from within the city limits. These structures are unsafe and dangerous thereby endangering the community and neighborhoods surrounding them. In many cases, these dwellings and/or structures are in an advanced state of deterioration that occupancy cannot be permitted.
