This RFP is for work necessary to modify, and upgrade the existing HVAC system already in place atMEMS’ HQ located in Little Rock, AR. If requested, Contractor mustbe able to provide written documentation that shows Contractoris able to perform all work necessary as outlined within SOW. Contractor will be responsible for allphases of work project including, but not limited to, bringing in, installing, testing all equipmentnecessary to install/modify a fully functional air conditioning (HVAC) system that once complete will becompletely operational. Contractor will be responsibleto oversee all aspects of this project. All work will be inspected, and acceptance issued prior to submission of invoice for payment. .It is the responsibility of the Supplier to ensure bid submission has been received. MEMS reserves the right tomost qualified Supplier. Scope of work will require HVAC Contractor, and its Subcontractor, to perform all work, and services necessary to install and/or modify existing equipment to allow for a fully functional "turn-key" HVAC system at MEMS' HQ located at 1121 W 7 th St., Little Rock AR 72201. "Turn-Key" is defined by MEMS so that once work is complete, there will no additional requirement on the part of MEMS for the HVAC system to function as intended. HVAC Contractor will oversee all phases of work as outlined within the Specifications. Once completed, HVAC Contractor will have satisfactorily completed work and removed all excess material. All work performed will be completed within the timeframe set by MEMS. Again, once completed, all work will be finished and system will not require any additional work on the part of MEMS
