The City of Little Rock is issuing this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) to identify qualified and experienced demolition contractors capable of providing professional, safe, and efficient demolition services in the City of Little Rock.\ The primary goal is to obtain a list of qualified contractors to demo unsafe and vacant property in the City which will aid in improving the quality of life forresidents. These dilapidated structures can pose several risks, such as structural hazards, health dangers and attract criminal activity. A. Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line D. Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys E. Trim tree branches to no less than 8' from the ground F. Removal of all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash G.
