Bags FOB Equipment and Procurement Allows zero unit prices and labor Yes Allows negative unit prices and labor Yes Location(s) Pulaski, Arkansas The Arkansas Department of Transportation will receive sealed bids for Fast Setting Cement, 50 lb. bags in accordance with Arkansas Department of Transportation Specifications beginning July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement. FOB: Equipment and Procurement, 11302 W. Baseline Rd., Little Rock, AR 72209 Bid Bond in the amount of $500.00 required of all bidders at the time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 Standard Bid Conditions. Cashier's checks, or Money Orders submitted as bid bonds must be physically recieved by Equipment & Procurement located at 11302 West Baseline Road, Little Rock, AR 72209 prior to the designated timeof the bid opening. Bid invitation number, company name and opening date, should be clearly displayed on the sealed envelope or package. Performance Bond in an amount to be determined by the Department, not to exceed $1,000 will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Performance Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of this bid invitation. Surety Bonds may be submitted electronically through the online bidding process. If submitting a Surety Bond that is not compatible with Surety 2000 and Tinubu, your company still may do so.
