PQ-02B Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC), Main Operating Base - East: Excavation, grading & site services - excavation for apron, taxiway, shoulders and site services, ground side and airfield side strom water services including storage systems and water main relocations. The STTC project consists of the expansion of the existing apron and taxi lane & construction of a hangar. Construction Period August 12 2025 to January 26 2027 PCL's Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI), will be required to provide a 100% Performance and 100% Labor & Material Payment Bond or be disqualified from bidding.
