PQ-01E STTC Temporary Fencing: Chain link and chainlink mounted on Jersey Barrier - The STTC project consists of the expansion of the existing apron and taxi lane and the construction of a hangar Construction Period Aug 18, 2025 to Dec 3, 2025 PCL Constructors Canada Inc. (PCL) has been retained by Defence Construction Canada (DCC) for the design and construction (Modified Design Build) of the STTC facility consisting of the expansion to the apron and taxilane. The prime consulting firm Stantec Consulting Ltd. (STN) has been retained by PCL to prepare detailed design and construction documents for this project. Proponents who do not provide adequate information, or do not qualify under the PCL's Subcontractor Default Insurance (SDI), will be required to provide a 100% Performance and 100% Labor & Material Payment Bond or be disqualified from bidding.
