Description

Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Atlanta, Georgia. Working plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.

The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement ("DOP") on behalf of the Atlanta Department of Transportation is seeking qualified consultants to provide engineering and design services that will replace the existing Marietta Road bridge over the former CSX Tilford Yard. The existing bridge is a weight-limited bridge (currently signed at 10 tons) on Marietta Road over the CSX Tracks just South of Thomas St NW.
