Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Concordia, Kansas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The City of Concordia is accepting bids for the demolition of condemned structures and related cleanup of the lot at two separate properties: The scope of the work will require the demolition and removal of all structures including foundations, underground structures, compacted backfilling. The removal of dead and dying vegetation, unsightly and unwanted uncontrolled growth, including nuisance limbs. 1. 211 East 5th Street, Extreme fire damaged. Legal description: Lots 24, 25 and 26, Block 159, Concordia Original Town Site 2. 427 East 15th Street Legal description: Lot 16, Block 54, Concordia Original Town Sit Each property must be bid separately, and according to the scope of work for that property. For detailed information on these projects contact Bruno Rehbein at City Hall. (785) 243-2672. All bidders must meet the City's demolition requirements and have a demolition permit before work starts. Over digging foundations will be required for topsoil. Materials required to be disposed of at the Cloud County Transfer Station construction debris site, shall be separated as per their requirements and receipts provided to the City. Proof of general liability insurance must be provided with bids. Bids will be considered by the City Commission at their July 2nd meeting.
