Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Springdale, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of August 07, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Approximately 4,500 LF of street improvements, 4,000 LF of storm drainage improvements, 9,000 LF of sidewalk/trail construction, lighting, landscaping, and other miscellaneous items associated with street construction. Also including approximately 1,100 LF of 8" & 12" water main and other miscellaneous utility construction. All construction shall be substantially complete with 365 days from Notice to Proceed. Est. Completion Date: Sept. 1, 2026 Site Directions: From Interstate 49, take exit 70 westbound to round-a-bout with Gene George Boulevard (east side of project).
