Replace existing fire alarm system in its entirety. Questions Due Date: Jun 6th 2025, 3:00 PM MDT Questions Online Portal Only contractors who have been prequalified under a Stage I Prequalification for Contractors and are currently on the respective DFCM Prequalified Contractors list as of the date of this solicitation are eligible to bid on this project. The agency would like to commence on site work on or near August 1, 2025 and conclude no later than January 1, 2026. Liquidated Damages: $250.00 per day A bid bond properly signed by the Contractor and a qualified surety and submitted on the AIA Document A310 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent, in the amount of 5% of the bid, The Contractor is required to provide performance and payment bonds on the AIA Document A312 - 2010 Performance and Payment Bond Forms (or equivalent) in the amount of 100% of the Contract Sum and secured from a company that meets the requirements specified in UAR 23-1-1102.
