Renovation of a laboratory facility in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Work at Portland Community College's Rock Creek Campus will incorporate a complete renovation of Chemistry Labs 223 and 225, with limited scope in adjacent lab space, Prep 217 and Support Room 221A. Work in these spaces will include the complete removal and replacement of aging fume hoods, refinishing the existing concrete floors, new DFH, replacement of existing ceiling tile, grid and new lighting, removal and replacement of all existing lab casework and countertops, vacuum systems, gas piping, sinks and plumbing fixtures. All renovation will meet accessibility requirements as outlined per a third-party vendor. MEP to be coordinated and updated in collaboration with third- party commissioning vendor to support new equipment and meet all current code requirements.
