Scope Of Work: The work consists of all necessary items to complete Master Grading and Detention for the Lone Star Ridge development. Any questions submitted after 2:00 PM on Friday, July 7th will not be answered.6. The Bidding Documents for this project contain detailed requirements for the qualification of Bidders. 7. Bidders will be required to provide Payment, Maintenance, and Performance Bonds in accordance with State Law. 9. Bidder will be required to provide a completed, signed, and notarized TEC Form 1295 complete with a certificate number assigned by the Texas Ethics Commission ("TEC"), pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908 and the rules promulgated thereunder by the TEC. Bidders should be advised that, prior to award of any contract, the Owner reserves the right to conduct a pre-award survey for the purposes of determining the bidder's responsibility and capacity to perform the contract. This survey may include review of subcontracting agreements, financial capacity, and quality of work performed in other contracts. 11. The bidder shall list all sub-contractors, with their references, that they are anticipating on using for any part of this work. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
