Project Description: Scope: Phase 1: demo of Suite JHS 011, and construction of a nine-hospital bed bay simulation lab, three ICU simulation rooms, storage, offices, and (1) toilet room. Phase 2: ceiling and lighting upgrades, plumbing including the installation of a permanent sink, and possible addition of compressed air and suction to each of the existing eight bed stations in JHS 001/003 Timeline for completion: - Construction window is anticipated to begin January 2026 - Classes to begin in JHS 011 the beginning of January 2027.
