Renovation of a medical facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
For Brigham City Regional Center Roof Replacement The work will consist of demolition and removal of the existing ballastedasphalt roofing system, cap and counter flashings, roof hatches, satellite dishes & roof access ladders. The new work will consist of a new sloped TPO roofing system with tapered insulation, raised parapets, new roof access ladders, new mechanical curbs, new roof drains and roof drain piping, removal and reinstallation of roof top gas lines and some locations will receive new E.I.F.S. and metal wall panels. Existing mechanical units will be required to be disconnected, raised and reset with new mechanical curbs and duct extensions to be provided. Existing roof gas lines will be disconnected, extended as needed and reconnected with new pipe supports and fittings. New freezeless water hydrants will be installed at locations as indicated on the construction documents. The buildings will be occupied and used during the course of construction & the roofing contractor will be required to provide and maintain life safety protection for the general public.
