Online Portal Contact Information: Robert Baxter, RobertB@utahcounty.gov Utah County is seeking proposals from qualified mechanical contractors for the purpose of establishing a pool of pre-approved contractors. These contractors will be expected to deliver a comprehensive range of mechanical services--including system maintenance, remodels, and new construction--across various county-owned facilities. Selected contractors will support the county's operational needs on an as-needed basis, ensuring the mechanical systems remain functional, efficient, and compliant with applicable standards. Following a thorough evaluation of all submitted proposals, Utah County reserves the right to award ongoing contracts to multiple contractors at its sole discretion. If a company is recommended pursuant to this RFP, an agreement will be executed with Utah County, a sample copy of which is included herein as Exhibit C. The County will not entertain changes to its Standard Terms and Conditions. The agreement is expected to have an initial term of three (3) years with an option to renew for another two (2) years. However, the County has the right to terminate the contract for its convenience at any time.
