The work will consist of the completion of construction services required to demolish and remove existing irrigation laterals and heads while not disturbing the existing playable turf; and to install new irrigation mainline, laterals and heads, excavate and build a new settling pond, and install a new pump station and corresponding piping. Questions Due Date: Nov 3rd 2026, 5:00 PM MST Question submitted to online. It is anticipated that a notice to proceed will be issued in December of 2026 for Rose Park Golf Course with a notice to proceed to follow for Nibley Park Golf Course in January 2027. Construction is anticipated to begin in late 2026 and early 2027 for both golf courses. Construction will begin first on Rose Park Golf course immediately after contract award, with construction of Nibley Golf Course to follow directly after Rose Park Golf Course.
