Pre-Qualification documents delivered to any other location will not be accepted. E-mails or downloads from shared sites shall not be considered. Late Pre-Qualification including other required documents as outlined in the General Contractor Pre-Qualification Submittal Requirements section will not be accepted. The work will consist of the completion of construction services required to demolish existing elements, including landscape, hardscape, and site electrical; to preserve mature, existing trees; and to build the new Pioneer Park Phase 1 project including civil/sitework, installation of play features, community gathering space(s), pickle ball courts, basketball court, electrical improvements, lighting, walkways, plantings, restoration, irrigation, two custom pavilions, pathways, seating areas, enclosed Dog Park and a small Ranger Station with adjacent restrooms. The project is pursuing SITES certification administered by the Green Business Certification Inc. (GBCI). The City reserves the right to reject any or all Pre-Qualification or to waive any informality or technicality in any Pre-Qualification if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
