Renovation of a military facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The 934th Airlift Wing, Minneapolis Minnesota is issuing solicitation FA6633-25-Q-0008 for proposals on a Firm-Fixed Price contract for, B821 Repair Sheet Metal Office and Room 160, at Minneapolis-St Paul ARS. This solicitation package calls for Requests for Quote (RFQ) electronically and paper copies are not available. The entire Request for Quote (RFQ) will be made available only on the website SAM.gov. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for additional or updated documents and subsequent amendments. The following viewers are needed to open the solicitation and all attachments: Microsoft Word (.doc), Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), Adobe Acrobat Reader (.pdf) and WinZip (.zip or .exe). This acquisition is being solicited pursuant to FAR Subpart 6.203; this acquisition will be conducted as a Total Small Business set aside. Magnitude of acquisition is between $25,000 and $100,000. Work to be performed within NAICS 236220 "Commercial and Industrial Building Construction" and the size standard is $45 million. The PSC/FSC Code is Z2JZ, "Repair or Alternation of Miscellaneous Buildings". The NAICS is to be used for market analysis only to determine the availability of potential small business categories for potential set-asides. Work to be included in this project consists of: DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Contractor shall provide all professional services, permits, supervision, labor, materials, and equipment necessary to fully meet all requirements of the Statement of Work (SOW), Construction Specifications, Construction Drawings and all other Contract Documents related to and/or titled: "Repair Sheet Metal Office & Room 160, B821" at the Minneapolis Air Reserve Station, Minneapolis, Minnesota. The tasks performed shall be based on the project description, other data furnished in this Statement of Work (SOW), and information covered during the Pre-Construction (Pre-CON) meeting. THE SCOPE OF THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE REPAIR OF THE SHEET METAL OFFICE AND ROOM 160, B821. The sheet metal shop requires a conditioned space for administrative duties; this project creates an enclosed office within the shop. The first-floor office (Room 160) is now required to be an open office; this project will remove walls and replace finishes that have reached the end of their life. Both spaces involve architectural, interior, HVAC, and electrical work. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is contemplated IAW FAR Part 13 with a 30-day response time after issuance of solicitation. The government intends to hold a site visit. On Tuesday July 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM (CST) All attendees must be pre-approved for access to the facility. There are no exceptions.
